Professional Tattooing

My name is Joshua Phillips and I’m a queer professional tattooer based in the 757 area, Norfolk, VA more specifically. I have a passion for tattooing and gravitate towards the traditional style, but love to do a good tattoo regardless. I have many different interest's outside of tattooing ranging from video games, anime, skateboarding, to disc golf, I’m into a little bit of everything! I hope to grow as an artist and a person as I progress my career and meet new clients, and form new bonds. I’m constantly learning and evolving am grateful to all of those who give me the opportunity to do so.
